Green Tourmaline has a wonderful energy that works on the heart chakra stimulating self-love and survival of the physical body. Some regard this energy as a masculine one compared to pink tourmaline which is considered feminine.
The difference is that pink concentrates on self-love and nurtures the spirit and essence of the being, where as green tourmaline first and fore most works on tough love. It gets to the heart of healing the physical body and sends out a force field around the body for protection.
It contains many of the same energies that Black tourmaline has regarding the earth elements.
